SCOTT GRASSMYER NAMED OXFORD CONTROLLER

ATLANTA, GA — Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE: OXM) announced today that K. Scott Grassmyer has joined the company as Corporate Controller. In this capacity, he will be primarily responsible for accounting, tax and financial reporting. Mr. Grassmyer will be based in the company’s headquarters in Atlanta.

"We are delighted to have Scott on board," commented Ben Blount, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. "He is uniquely qualified for the position and brings a wealth of public accounting and apparel industry experience to the company."

Most recently, Mr. Grassmyer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duck Head Apparel Company. While at Duck Head, he played an instrumental role in the spin off of Duck Head into a publicly traded company and the subsequent sale of the company to Tropical Sportswear International.

Mr. Grassmyer began his career with Ernst & Young where he rose to the position of Audit Manager. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Appalachian State University.
