As Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Oxford, Tom Campbell oversees the company’s technology and data strategies, transformations, and systems. His work ensures that Oxford’s brands are supported by innovative, secure, and scalable technology that drives operational excellence and deepens customer engagement. Tom strengthens the Oxford team by aligning people, processes, and technology to support growth, streamline operations, enable data-driven decisions, and enhance the overall user experience. Under his leadership, the company has achieved greater business efficiency, more resilient systems, and technology solutions that enable Oxford’s brands to better serve their customers in an evolving retail landscape.
Tom joined Oxford in 2006 as Vice President – Law, General Counsel & Secretary. Over the years, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Law and Administration, General Counsel & Secretary; Executive Vice President of Law and Administration; and Executive Vice President of People & Technology. His transition from legal and administrative leadership to technology oversight reflects both his versatility and deep institutional knowledge.
Before joining Oxford, Tom practiced law as an Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP and later served as Senior Counsel at Interface, Inc. These experiences provided a strong foundation in corporate law, governance, and operational leadership—skills that continue to inform his approach today.
Tom earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School. Before law school, he studied Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech. This diverse academic background provides him with a distinctive perspective that blends technical acumen, business judgment, and strategic leadership.
Beyond his professional life, Tom enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a versatile musician, avid sci-fi fan, and outdoor enthusiast—personal interests that reflect his creativity, curiosity, and balance outside of work.
