Tracey Hernandez

As Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Oxford, Tracey Hernandez leads the company’s global human resources strategy. She oversees talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, compensation and benefits, and employee experience. Tracey brings value to the Oxford team by fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture that empowers employees and supports the company’s portfolio of lifestyle brands.

Tracey joined Oxford in April 2019 and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s people-first culture through talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Her leadership ensures Oxford attracts, retains, and develops top talent while creating an environment where people can thrive.

Prior to Oxford, Tracey held senior HR and retail leadership roles at Belk and spent more than a decade at Macy’s. These experiences gave her broad operational insight and a strong foundation in aligning people strategies with business goals.

Tracey earned her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Oswego, providing a strong academic foundation for her leadership in organizational strategy and people development.

Beyond her professional role, Tracey enjoys traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures, drawing inspiration and perspective from her global experiences. She also values spending time with her family and pursuing interests that bring balance to her life outside of work.
